Security deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, following my cleaning and inspection. I will mail it to the address above, unless otherwise requested. Charges made against the deposit include damage to property, missing items, etc. I don't anticipate any problems, however, I will need to inspect the property as I clean for the next guest. Therefore, deposit is not available at checkout. If house is obviously neat and tidy, exceptions can certainly be made.
