- In-season rentals Saturday 4pm check-in to Saturday 10 AM checkout.
- Sorry, no rentals for less than a week.
- Winter arrangements available for multiple months.
- Not supplied: Food, disposables, and other personal items.
- Rental agreement and security deposit.

- No pets without prior written permission.
- No smoking on the property. To be fair to you, last winter's tenant did smoke even though asked not to, so there is a faint cigarette smell still in the house that I can't get out. I hate smoking, but find after I get the windows open, I don't smell it. Just think I should alert you to this in case you have severe allergies or anything.
- Sorry, I do not currently accept credit cards or PayPal.
- The home is offered for rent only directly by the owner. It is clean, well-maintained, and personally managed by the owner, who treats it as a labor of love. Restoring the house I grew up in for your summer escape has been extremely satisfying.
- I know it is difficult to judge a potential vacation home from a distance and your questions are welcome. Arrangements to visit can also be made when the home is not occupied.
